Because of high oil price, changing exchange rate between US dollar and VND and rising land tour service costs, all the Quotation on the website are for your reference and may be subject to change without further notice. An accurate quotation will be provided and confirmed at the time of booking.

The Quotation Include:

1. Hotel accommodations with daily Western / American Buffet breakfast. The hotel accommodation is based on two persons sharing one twin room with private facilities.
2. Chinese lunches or dinners with multi-soft drinks specified on the itinerary.
3. Special Meal Arrangement or entertainment mentioned on the schedule
4. Tour escort services provided by English-speaking guides in each sightseeing cities.
5. Air-conditioned coach or private van served along the trip.
6. The economy-class airfare of the domestic flight or soft sleeper/seat train charge between cities in the itinerary.
7. Entrance fee for all of the sightseeing spots listed on the itinerary.
8. Escorted Trip Leader for Small Group Tours.
9. The government tax and the city construction fee inside Vietnam within the tour where applicable.
10. Vietnam Insurance.

Deposit and final payments

We accept Major Credit Card, Personal Check and Bank Wiring transfer to make the reservation. Your payment is not deemed made until Huong Viet Travel receives it.
A non-refundable deposit of USD 100 per tour and person is required for us to reserve space for you once you have made the reservation. Certain tours may have a higher deposit.
Final payment is generally due 30 days prior to commencement of services by Credit Card or wiring through the bank and 60 days prior to commencement of services by Personal Check. If we do not receive final payment by these dates, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing.
The reservation deposit charge per person is included in your total quotation. We will deduct the reservation deposit charge from the total quotation when you pay off the balance amount. The transfer charge is on your own.
The receipt of your deposit and/or final payment will indicate that you and your travel agent (when applicable) have read the Terms and Conditions of Huong Viet Travel.com, and that you (and your agent) have accepted them.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees

If cancellation is received by Huong Viet Travel more than 30 days prior to commencement of services (or 50 days for certain tours), you will not be charged except the non-refundable deposit.
If the customer cancels the trip, Huong Viet Travel must be notified by Email or fax. We calculate your refund on the day we receive the written cancellation by Beijing time. All refunds to the client will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation.

The following Cancellation Fees Apply To Reservations:

Please note that higher cancellation fees might be applied for certain tours.
Cancellation charges also apply to additional services, including accommodations and optional excursions, reserved prior to and after the tour.
If flight changes, including flight cancellations, are requested, revision fees or airline cancellation charges will apply. If an air-inclusive tour is cancelled after air tickets have been issued, refund will be processed and the air tickets are returned to Huong Viet Travel.
Huong Viet Travel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure. If cancellation is made prior to departure of the tour, the only responsibly of Huong Viet Travel will be to refund to the passenger the amount we have received for the tour reservation. We will try to re-book the same tour with a different departure date, or a similar tour. Where Huong Viet Travel has confirmed flights, we will try to confirm air seats for the selected new dates, subject to availability. Huong Viet Travel cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Huong Viet Travel.

Revision fees

A fee of USD 30 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. Air penalties may also apply. A change of traveller name, tour date or tour itinerary within 30 days of commencement of services (50 days for certain tours) will be treated as a cancellation and new reservation; standard cancellation fees apply.

Participation and group size

For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, Huong Viet Travel has the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.
All of our tours are Private Tour and you will be served by private English-speaking tour guides and private vans along the trip. You can enjoy the tour in a most flexible way as what you would prefer.

Travellers who need special assistance

You must report any disability requiring special attention to Huong Viet Travel at the time the reservation is made. Huong Viet Travel will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travellers, but it is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers.

Price Guarantee

All tour prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at the time of showing at the website and expected to be in effect at the time of departure. The current price will be confirmed at the time of reservation. However, once Huong Viet Travel has received you deposit for any tour, the land price is guaranteed, and any subsequent land cost increases are at our expense, not including surcharges and any government tax increases. Airfares included as part of air-inclusive tour prices are guaranteed when we receive full payment. Tour prices are Per Person, based on double occupancy. Single room supplements and triple room reductions are listed where applicable.

Visas and Passports

For tours requiring visas for Non-Chinese citizens, detailed visa information will be found at our website. You are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents, and for meeting all health and other requirements and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of countries visited. Non-Chinese citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. All passengers travelling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six months beyond the conclusion of your trip.
We can send you an official invitation letter Free of Charge to assist you to get your visa. The invitation will only be sent after we receive the reservation deposit.
Huong Viet Travel accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.

Accommodations

The accommodations listed will be used on most departures; however, if a change becomes necessary for any reason, the accommodations substituted will be equivalent in standard to those shown. Every effort is made to reserve only twin-bedded rooms. It may occasionally happen that an accommodation provides some double-bedded rooms instead. These rooms will be allocated to couples.
For persons requiring a single room, the Single Supplemental cost is applied. Right is reserved to substitute hotels for those specified in the itinerary whenever necessary.

Baggage allowance

Free airline baggage allowance for the international flight is 2 pieces per person with combined maximum linear dimensions of 107", for the domestic flight within Vietnam is 1 bag with no more than 44 Pounds (20KG). We recommend for efficient travel that each passenger travel with only one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Excessive number, size, or weight of luggage may result in your inconvenience and/or surcharge
No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the tour participant's belongings. Baggage Insurance is recommended.

Service inquiries after your tour

If after returning from the tour, you wish to inquire about any tour services provided, please ensure that all correspondence relating to those services is received by Huong Viet Travel, within 60 days after the tour completion date. This will enable Huong Viet Travel to make a timely investigation.

Holidays

During local of national holidays, certain facilities such as museums, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

Insurance

We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, accident, health and baggage. This is for your own protection.
Huong Viet Travel provides comprehensive Consumer Protection Plan to safeguard and ensure your peace of mind based on the rules and regulations of Vietnam National Tourism Administration.

Safety

Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by Huong Viet Travel, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of travelling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means of transportation; the forces of nature, political unrest and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Huong Viet Travel will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Huong Viet Travel will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.

Responsibility

Huong Viet Travel is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered its website, including transportation, sightseeing, and accommodations.
The carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or joint ventures with Huong Viet Travel or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by Huong Viet Travel are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.
If, after tour departure, the services included in the tour cannot be supplied, or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of Huong Viet Travel, we will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by travellers and any resulting saving will be refunded by Huong Viet Travel to tour participants.
Huong Viet Travel reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever Huong Viet Travel deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time.
The tour participant agrees that neither Huong Viet Travel nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services, or any insurer or insurance administrator of the Travel Protection Plan, or of any other person.
Legal proceedings against Huong Viet Travel may be instituted only in a court within the Peoples Republic of Vietnam and any claim involved in such proceedings shall be decided in accordance with the laws of the Peoples Republic of Vietnam Any legal proceedings against Huong Viet Travel must be commenced within 180 days following the date of tour completion. Neither Huong Viet Travel nor any affiliate shall in any case be liable for other than compensatory damages, and you hereby waive any right to punitive damages.
No person, other than an authorised representative of Huong Viet Travel by a document in writing, is authorised to vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this website, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
